  • I have monthly packages of time that will secure you just what you need for your business. I can also work ad-hoc for the same price - subject to availability.

    * 1 month’s notice is required to amend your package. The hours are not rolled over, which does ensure the full value of your plan each month.

  • Once you have completed the form on my Contact page, there are 3 simple steps:

    1. Receive a free 20 minute discovery call to discuss your business and what services you may need from a VA.

    2. Receive a business proposal and onboarding details.

    3. If we agree to work together, complete your onboarding pack and sign a contract!

  • We will scheule regular reviews to check that I’m on point with what you expect. I use a time tracker to monitor my work and will always be transparent.

  • I will listen carefully to what it is you are communicating and reflect on this with you to bring clarity to what you are seeking.

    I am an experienced project manager and can help you set achievable goals and targets which we can arrange into a manageable schedule. I am here to support you to succeed!

  • You are the business owner with unique skills and aims. Working in such a way as to bring you support and success is essential to my role.

    Your appreciation of my work is my priority and I will ensure that there are regular opportunities for you to check and approve the work I am providing for you.

  • Retainer Packages are reserved on a monthly basis to give you priority support and peace of mind. Payment is made in advance of services via a monthly invoice.

    Additional ad-hoc support will be billed at the end of the month via invoice.

  • Your data stays safe and confidential at all times. I am registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), which means I follow UK data protection laws (GDPR). For added security, I use an encrypted password manager for any login access to your systems that I need.
