Hello

I’m Sharon, a virtual assistant based in the beautiful market town of Romsey, Hampshire. I worked as a project manager, web developer and customer engagement manager, in both the private and public sectors before I trained as a teacher and led design and technology teaching in primary schools. In my years in business and as a teacher, I have gained lots of expertise in helping others to develop their ideas, streamline their processes, publish their projects so their talents can be recognised, and ultimately create stability in their work life.

In design and technology, things need to both look good and work well. Your business is fabulous but do enough people know about it? Or maybe you have lots of clients and all looks superb but you’re struggling to manage all the behind-the-scenes work. These are things small businesses are often trying to balance by themselves.

I would love to help you - the overstretched small business owner - to find balance in your business through using my supportive business skills.

I enjoy supporting people in the following activities:
·       structuring projects and tasks to manage workload - to help your business run smoothly
·       building websites and branding - to help your clients find you and see how great your business is
·       creating engaging and beautiful content -
to build and retain client interest in your work
·       administration -
to help manage your regular meetings or tasks

I love bringing organisation and clarity to any project and have heaps of creativity and tenacity to help develop it into something wonderful.

I am cheerful, enthusiastic, thorough, love a good project and stand strong on the values of integrity, reliability and respect.

I enjoy collaboration with others and helping people to fulfil their potential.

I can help you to engage with your audience effectively and professionally - in the way that you would if you had more time and weren’t so busy doing everything yourself!

Get in contact with me to help find balance and build your business, the way that you envisioned!
I’d love to hear about your business - the joys and the challenges.

In my non-working time, you can ideally find me relaxing: taking a Pilates class; baking (and eating!) fruit loaf; reading or sketching; chatting with family and friends; trying to master the pronunciation of the Dutch language and most definitely drinking a ‘cuppa tea’!

Let’s work together!
