I have monthly packages of time that will secure you just what you need for your business. I can also work ad-hoc for the same price - subject to availability.
* 1 month’s notice is required to amend your package. The hours are not rolled over, which does ensure the full value of your plan each month.

Once you have completed the form on my Contact page, there are 3 simple steps:
Receive a free 20 minute discovery call to discuss your business and what services you may need from a VA.
Receive a business proposal and onboarding details.
If we agree to work together, complete your onboarding pack and sign a contract!

We will scheule regular reviews to check that I’m on point with what you expect. I use a time tracker to monitor my work and will always be transparent.

Retainer Packages are reserved on a monthly basis to give you priority support and peace of mind. Payment is made in advance of services via a monthly invoice.
Additional ad-hoc support will be billed at the end of the month via invoice.

Your data stays safe and confidential at all times. I am registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), which means I follow UK data protection laws (GDPR). For added security, I use an encrypted password manager for any login access to your systems that I need.
